North Carolina E-Procurement

  1. Create your list online.

  2. Select your list and click on the Quote button.


  3. Include your Processing Preference, Address Information, Sales Tax, and anything else you deem important.


  4. Verify your information and click on Submit as Quote.


  5. Locate your web quote name and number, which can be found near the top of the quote.


  6. Enter this name and number in the customer notes section of your E-Procurement purchase order, then send to your district.

  7. Once we receive your order from the district, we will access your web quote to complete the process.
